He was born in Darbesha VDC- 9, Morang District in December 18, 1990. His father's name is Chadra Prasad Shiwakoti and Mother's Name is Dibyakari Kharel. He had came Kathmandu with his parents in 2045 BS for his better future. He started doing acting in radio Nepal as a child artist since age of eight. He established a child club in 2051 BS for promotion of child rights and child drama. He got involved in Bal chetana Samuha Nepal's first child organization registered in CDO without Citizenship since 2052 BS. He got to chance to shape his future in the field of acting in both of the child led institutions. He has played more than 200 radio dramas, 150 street dramas, 100 stage dramas as well as nearly 20 short and full length Nepali movies. Apart from this he has received many awards and rewards for acting from different competition including Rastriya Ranghkarma Sangharsh Samman in 2064, Mr. Talent 2002 AD, Deshbhakta Gantantrik Samman in 2074 and Rastriya Jansanstritik Samman 2075 BS.
